If you're going to spend a Saturday driving to four venues, you should know which ones you can afford before you get in the car. We agree. That's why our pricing is below.
We post three tiers, in plain dollars, with everything included spelled out. We don't have a "request a quote" form. We don't have a "starting at" floor with the real number gated behind a tour. We don't tack on a "venue facility fee" or a "service charge." The number you see is the number you pay (plus NC sales tax — explained at the bottom of this page).
This is how we wish we'd been quoted when we were planning our own wedding. So this is how we quote.
April through November Saturdays
18-hour access · 8 AM Saturday → 2 AM Sunday
Same property, lighter weekend traffic
15-hour access · 9 AM → midnight
Tuesday–Thursday or December–March Saturdays
12-hour access · 10 AM → 10 PM
Couples bring their own — or hire from our preferred vendors list. Most weddings end up using six or seven of these.

Rehearsal Dinner Buyout
+$1,800
Property the evening before. 4 hours, 5 PM–9 PM. Up to 60 guests at long tables in the barn.
Friday Rehearsal Hour
+$300
One-hour walkthrough the day before. Standard for Saturday weddings. Coordinator on-site.
Day-Before Setup Access
+$650
The whole property from noon Friday for setup, drop-offs, vendor visits. Helpful for DIY-heavy weddings.
Extended Curfew 11→1 AM
+$400 / hour
Music inside the barn past 11 PM. Outdoor fire ring still ends at 11 by county zoning.
Whiskey Bar (Groom's Room)

Three pour-your-own bottles, ice, glassware. We stock locally where we can. Most couples take this.
Late-Night S'mores Bar
+$300
Full s'mores spread at the fire ring with three chocolate types, four marshmallow types, and the long forks.
$5,000 holds your date. Paid by check, ACH, or credit card (3% fee) at signing. This is fully refundable up to nine months before the wedding, half-refundable from six to nine months out, and non-refundable inside six months — because at that point we've turned other couples away from your Saturday.
Half of the remaining balance is due six months before the wedding. Same payment options.
The final balance is due thirty days before the wedding. After that, the date is fully yours. No additional charges land on your card. No "incidentals." No surprises.
The price you see is the price you pay. North Carolina sales tax of 6.75% applies to the rental and any taxable add-ons. There is no service charge, no "venue facility fee," no gratuity automatically added.
Two numbers on your invoice: the rental price and the tax. That's it.
