Preferred Vendors

Twenty-three vendors we'd hire for our own kids' weddings.

"Preferred" does not mean we take kickbacks. We don't. There is no commission, no referral fee, no exchange of any kind. Every vendor on this page has worked at least three weddings at Hearthstone Hollow. Most have worked ten. We've watched them set up at midnight and clean up at 2 AM. They are the ones we'd hire.

You are not required to use any of them. We are happy to work with any photographer, planner, or caterer you bring. We just don't want you booking a stranger on a property they've never seen, on a day where the only sound you should hear is your friends laughing.

DJ Rachel Pell

Modern · Indie-Forward

Planners

Honest note: we strongly recommend at least a day-of coordinator. Hannah is your venue host, not your wedding planner. The difference matters at 4:42 PM on your wedding day.

Magnolia Lane Events

Full-Service Planning

Hannah and Cole's recommendation for full-service planning. Sarah and Wesley run it. Maya & Jordan used them.

Rooted Events
